“CENTRA assisted USG Oregon, LLC in securing a 98.6 million loan guarantee from the US Department of Energy (DOE) for construction of a 23-megawatt power plant at Neal Hot Springs in eastern Oregon. The Neal Hot Springs project is a renewable energy project focused on development, production, and sale of electricity from geothermal energy. In early 2010, CENTRA prepared a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for the project site, which is a due diligence requirement necessary for securing the DOE loan.
